How to enter the Small Fleet Leasing Awards 2015

 

Entries open on 31st July 2015 and close on Friday, 9th October. All you have to do is choose the category you wish to enter and complete the form displayed below.

 

​You can work on a paper version first by downloading a full set of the entry forms here before completing the electronic entry form below, which has a save and and return feature for your ease of use.



All entries must be in Wednesday 30th September.

 

The cost of entry is £95 + VAT or free to Small Fleet Leasing Federation members. This is an administration fee that includes our assistance to ensure your entries are of a professional standard. ​You can enter as many categories as you feel relevant.

 

Select the category which you wish to enter, and complete the details displayed on the form. The questions will differ for each category.

 

You can save your work and come back to it later by clicking Save for later. You will then be shown a link that will lead back to this form. Copy it and save in a safe place and then click it to re-activate at a later date.



You can Print a copy of the form at any time, and will be emailed a copy of your entry when it is Saved or Submitted.
